1. What is Rock and Remedy?
Rock and Remedy is a wellness brand dedicated to creating intentional, handcrafted gemstone bracelets, crystals, and wellness products that support balance, energy alignment, and self-care. Each piece is infused with love and positive intention.

2. Do your products cure illnesses or medical conditions?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Crystals, gemstones, and holistic tools are meant to complement your personal journey, not replace medical treatment. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

3. How do I know what bracelet size to order?
Getting the right fit is important for both comfort and durability! Here's how to measure your wrist:

  1. Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly around your wrist where you’d normally wear a bracelet.

  2. Note the measurement in inches.

  3. For a comfortable fit, add ½ inch to 1 inch to your wrist measurement.

    • Example: If your wrist measures 6 inches, order a 6.5 or 7-inch bracelet.

 
Tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a string, mark where it overlaps, then measure the string with a ruler.

4. Can I exchange a bracelet or crystal if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Yes — but exchanges are limited to unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the exchange process

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs

  • Exchanges will be honored with store credit or a replacement item

5. How do I properly put on my bracelet without damaging it?
We recommend:

  • Rolling the bracelet over your hand and wrist rather than pulling or stretching

  • Avoiding excessive tugging to preserve the integrity of the elastic cord

  • Applying a bit of lotion if needed for smoother application

6. How do I safely remove my bracelet?

  • Gently roll the bracelet off your wrist

  • Avoid pulling or overstretching to protect the elastic over time

7. Why don’t you offer refunds on bracelets or crystals?
Bracelets and crystals are energetic tools that absorb energy, which makes them non-refundable once shipped or worn. For hygienic and energetic reasons, we do not accept returns on these items.

8. How do I cleanse or recharge my bracelet or crystals?
We recommend routine energetic cleansing:

🌙 Moonlight: Set out under the full moon overnight
🔥 Smudging: Cleanse with sage, palo santo, or incense
🔔 Sound: Use sound bowls or chimes
💎 Intention: Hold your item and visualize your desired energy reset

9. What is your standard shipping policy?

  • Custom Bracelets: 1-2 business days for creation

  • Order Processing: 3-5 business days for all orders

  • Delivery: All items are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing

10. Can I rush my order?

Yes! We love creating intentional, custom-designed bracelets.
