The "Energy Exchange" Guarantee

At Rock and Remedy, we believe crystals are powerful vessels for energy. To protect the intention, vibration, and spiritual safety of every piece I create for my clients, I maintain a strict return policy.

Once a package is opened, the energy has been exchanged. To ensure that every customer receives a tool that is energetically "clear" and untouched by others, we observe the following guidelines:

1. Unopened Packages

I accept returns on orders where the original bracelet packaging remains completely unopened and the seal is intact.

Refund Amount: Full refund of the product price, minus the original shipping costs and the base processing fee.
Timeframe: Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return for an unopened item.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

2. Opened Packages

For the spiritual safety of all my clients, I cannot accept returns on opened items. If you have opened your package and find that you are unhappy with your piece, please reach out to me directly. While I cannot take the physical item back once the energy has been exchanged, I handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your healing bracelet arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact me at therockandremedy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and "Damaged/Broken" in the subject line.. I will prioritize making this right with a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an unopened package, please email therockandremedy@gmail.com with your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line.
