My name is Jessica D. Allen, and Rock & Remedy was born from a deep love for holistic healing, God’s creation, and the sacred ways we can use those gifts to stay grounded in Him. With a background in customer care, the creative arts, and lifelong experiences with crystals, I’ve always found joy in helping others discover tools that bring peace, clarity, and balance.

 

As a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur, Rock & Remedy allows me to live out three of my greatest callings: nurturing my family, serving my community, and walking in faith as I build something meaningful. My journey has taught me this truth — the real source of our healing and blessings is God, but He often places tools and reminders along our path. Crystals, prayer, affirmations, and intentional living are simply ways to keep us aligned with Him and grounded in our purpose.
