Rock and Remedy creates custom, handcrafted healing bracelets designed with intention, mindfulness, and energetic alignment. Each bracelet is made specifically for you and infused with positive energy to support your personal wellness journey.

Do your bracelets heal or cure medical conditions?
No. Our bracelets are energetic tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are meant to complement your self-care practices, not replace professional medical advice.

 

How do I know what bracelet size to order?
Proper sizing ensures both comfort and durability.

To measure your wrist:

• Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet

• Take note of the measurement in inches

• Add ½ inch to 1 inch for a comfortable fit
   

Example: If your wrist measures 6 inches, order a 6.5–7 inch bracelet. No measuring tape? Use a string, mark where it overlaps, then measure the string with a ruler.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes — partial refunds are available only if the bracelet is unopened and the seal is not broken.
 

Refund conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The bracelet must be unused, unopened, and sealed

• Refunds will NOT include:

  • The $11.11 Base Design Fee

  • The $5.00 Shipping Fee

Once the seal is broken, the bracelet is considered energetically opened and all sales are final.

How do I put on and remove my bracelet safely?

• Gently roll the bracelet on and off your wrist

• Avoid pulling or overstretching the elastic to preserve its integrity

How do I cleanse or recharge it?

• Moonlight

• Smudging (sage, palo santo, incense)

• Sound (bells or singing bowls)

• Intention and visualization

Do you offer additional customization options?
Yes. While custom healing bracelets are the only products available on our website, we happily accommodate special design requests beyond what is listed. You may contact us if you would like to:

• Include more than two crystals in your bracelet

• Add a charm

• Request a custom design not currently offered on the website

• Incorporate a specific crystal not listed

How long does the process take?

• After placing your order, you will receive two design previews within 24–48 hours

• Once you select your preferred design and submit the remaining balance in full, your bracelet will be shipped within 1–2 business days

• Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment
