Shipping Policy

At Rock and Remedy, every bracelet is custom-crafted and energetically cleansed before it begins its journey to you. A clear shipping policy ensures that the transition from my workspace to your home is as smooth and intentional as possible.

 

1. Processing Times (Handcrafting & Cleansing) Because each piece is handmade and set with specific intentions, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared. Note: Processing time is separate from the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship all orders via USPS from Pinellas County, Florida. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once shipped, your package typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
 

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is in the mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking system to update.

 

4. Shipping to Florida Addresses

As a registered business in Florida, orders shipped to Florida addresses will include the mandatory 6% state sales tax and the 1% Pinellas County discretionary surtax.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your piece arrives physically damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item so I can make it right. Lost/Stolen Packages: Rock and Remedy is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

 

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
